Susan Steffes, PT, CD (DONA) is dedicated to promoting optimal Women’s Health through prevention and treatment of pelvic pain/ dysfunction through her gentle hands-on approach. Her specialized training includes the American Physical Therapy Association’s, Section on Women’s Health, Pelvic Physical Therapy and OB/GYN Therapy certification courses. As a Women’s Health PT, childbirth educator, birth activist, and certified birth doula, Susan promotes evidence-based, mother-friendly maternity and post-partum care. She is available to see women for the treatment of pregnancy/ postpartum pain, vaginal/ vulvar pain, pelvic pain/ dysfunction, and incontinence issues.
